What is AI SEO Rainmakers?
AI SEO Rainmakers is a paid AI SEO training community founded by Charles Floate in August 2026 and published by SEO.Stream. It runs on the Skool platform at skool.com/ai-seo-rainmakers. Members get a weekly live call, a growing set of recorded courses, a live testing lab, dated intelligence reports and downloadable software repositories, all under one login.
The product is built around a single claim: that the job of SEO has moved from being ranked to being retrieved, cited and recommended by AI systems, and that the tactics for that are best learned from live tests rather than from a fixed curriculum. Everything inside is dated. Tactics that stop working are retired publicly rather than left in the library.
Who founded it?
Charles Floate founded AI SEO Rainmakers and hosts every weekly call himself. He is a British SEO consultant based in Koh Samui, Thailand, who started in SEO at 12, built and sold two agencies before he was 21, and served as CMO of the link-building marketplace PressWhizz before stepping back to an advisory role in July 2026. The official site states he has trained more than 20,000 SEOs. Two moderators are named: Kyler Patterson, Head of Growth at Semrush, and Rollo Unden, founder of RapidIndexer.
For founder, publisher and entity history, see the AI SEO Rainmakers reference entry. This page is about whether to buy.
What does it teach?
AI SEO Rainmakers teaches how to get pages retrieved and cited by AI search systems and how to turn those citations into revenue. The official curriculum description covers six areas: crawler access for AI agents, chunk-level content structure, entity building and Knowledge Graph work, third-party mention strategy, parasite SEO on high-authority domains, and a measurement loop that scores AI visibility and repeats monthly.
The entry course, The Foundations to AI SEO, is 14 lessons and about 75 minutes. It ends with a scored baseline of your own site's AI visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, computed from a 15-query sweep you run by hand. That baseline, not a certificate, is the deliverable. A second flagship course, Advanced AI SEO, is scheduled for October 2026. A 35-lesson Vibe Coding course teaches members to build their own tools.
Some of the material is grey hat and black hat by the official site's own description: parasite SEO, jailbreaking, vendor intelligence. It is level-gated inside the community and each play ships with a test date and a confidence rating so members can decide what risk they accept. If you need every tactic to sit inside Google's published guidelines, this is the wrong product, and the site says so.
What is included?
The official site lists seven components in the seat price: the weekly live call with Q&A on member campaigns; daily founder posts and replies in the community feed; playbooks the founder no longer publishes on public channels; private intelligence reports on where AI search is heading; The Lab, where tests run live with the methodology and URLs visible; The Engine Room, a weekly drop of prompts, SOPs and frameworks, each tagged with a test date and a confidence rating; and The Classroom, which holds all current and future courses.
Beyond the courses, members receive working software as repositories they can run: in week one, an autonomous parasite-page builder, a self-improving build agent and a smaller model of the founder's frameworks that critiques pages before review. There is also a skills library written for Claude and Codex. Access to deeper rooms is tiered by contribution level inside the community, not by paying more.
How much does it cost?
AI SEO Rainmakers costs $279 per month as of 9 September 2026, read from the Skool listing. The price rises $10 for every 25 new members and never comes back down; the rate a member joins at is locked for as long as they stay subscribed. On 27 August 2026 the official site stated $259 per month or $1,990 per year. The first 100 founding seats were $179 per month and sold out on 15 August 2026.
There is a 7-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked, and members keep any files they downloaded during those seven days. Cancellation is one click inside Skool with no notice period. The dated price history is on our pricing page.
Who is it best for?
Four groups, all named on the official site and all matched by the material: working SEOs who already rank things and want the AI layer added; agency owners who need to sell and deliver AI search work this quarter; affiliate and lead-generation operators who own the sites they test on; and builders who would rather run a repository than read about one. In-house marketers whose branded queries are being answered by someone else are a fifth.
The common thread is that you already have something to test on. The Foundations course assumes a working site and a working knowledge of SEO. Its first stage is a baseline measurement of your own visibility; if you have no site and no queries, there is nothing to measure.
Rainmakers versus static SEO courses
A recorded course sells you a curriculum that was correct when it was filmed. AI SEO Rainmakers sells you a testing programme and access to the person running it. The difference matters more in 2026 than it did in 2020 because the answer surfaces (AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity) change monthly and the rules for being cited in them are being discovered rather than documented.
The trade is that a community has no finish line. It costs more over a year than any one-time course in our table. It demands attention: a 3.5-hour weekly call plus a daily feed is a real time cost, and Rainmakers' call is the longest we track. Treat it as a reference library and a room, not a course you complete.
Refund and cancellation terms
Seven days, money back, no questions asked, per seo.stream. Members keep every file downloaded in that window. Cancelling is one click inside Skool, with no retention call, exit survey or notice period. The official site makes no income claims and states that member results are individually verified and not typical.
Who should not buy it
Do not buy AI SEO Rainmakers if any of these describes you. The list is the official site's own poor-fit list, and we agree with it.
- You have never done SEO. The material assumes a working baseline. Start with the free Ahrefs beginner course and Semrush Academy, build a site, then come back.
- You want a course to finish. There is no end. The value is in the weekly cadence and the room.
- You need every tactic inside Google's guidelines. Part of the material is grey and black hat by the seller's own description.
- You want a passive income promise. The site makes none.
- $279 a month is a strain. AI Ranking by DataWise SEO covers AI search for local businesses and agencies at $27 to $47 a month with a bundled tool. It is shallower, but it is a tenth of the price.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Every play carries a test date and a confidence rating, and dead tactics are retired publicly
- Weekly 3.5-hour live call hosted by the founder, with live audits of member sites
- Working software shipped as repositories you own and run, not templates
- Explicit good-fit and poor-fit lists on the sales page that match the product
- 7-day money-back guarantee and one-click cancellation
Cons
- The most expensive monthly product we track, and the price only rises
- The recorded library is a month old; the Advanced course is not due until October 2026
- 3.5 hours of live call a week is a real time cost, and the daily feed is high volume
- Grey and black hat material will disqualify it for some employers and clients
- Runs on Skool, so you are subject to Skool's platform and billing
Alternatives
- AI Ranking by DataWise SEO: AI-search community with bundled software at $27 to $47 a month
- Traffic Think Tank: a large general-SEO peer community at $119 a month, no live-call cadence stated
- The Blueprint Training: the agency-operations membership; strongest for running the business, not for AI search
- Tech SEO Pro: the technical SEO course; one-time $697, no refunds, no live calls
